We are unable to meet individual requests for uniform items outside of Second-Hand Uniform Shop opening hours.

The school’s uniform shop is operated by Golden Leaf and opens every Monday (9:00am-10:00am) and Friday (2:45pm-3:45pm). All uniform items are available for purchase in store or via the Flexischools app.

Throughout the year, the P&C will undertake a stocktake and will encourage donations of specific uniform items or sizes. However, there may be times when there is no stock available for an item you are looking for.

The school’s uniform shop, Golden Leaf, can take requests for sizes and items and have a wider range of stock.

The second-hand uniform shop is only possible due to the generous efforts and time of volunteer parents. We would love your help to keep this initiative going!

Volunteering includes helping to sort and fold donated items, and support to set-up, run and pack down the store. If you are interested in getting involved, please contact the team at bppspandc.fundraising@gmail.com.

Why is the P&C running a second-hand uniform shop?

The second-hand uniform shop was started years ago by a dedicated group of parents who were passionate about rehoming quality uniform items and providing a low-cost option for families. All proceeds from the second-hand uniform shop have gone to the P&C since it’s inception.

A P&C parent who was part of the initiative was previously employed by Golden Leaf Uniforms, the school uniform provider, which is why the second-hand uniform shop sat within the school hall for the last few years.

The P&C met with the Golden Leaf Uniform Shop staff to plan for the second-hand uniform shop for 2026. With limited floor space in the uniform shop, the P&C and Golden Leaf team have made the decision to bring the second-hand uniform shop back under the P&C to ensure that it remains a parent-led initiative.

This will allow the P&C to maintain the initial purpose of the second-hand uniform shop by collecting, storing and selling second-hand uniform donations within school community, while freeing up space in the Golden Leaf Uniform Shop to store and sell new uniform items throughout the year.

The P&C and Golden Leaf continue to work together to serve the school community, ensuring BPPS families have access to all the essential school uniform items they need.

A labelled tub will be found outside the Uniform Shop during the following times;

• Term 1:  First week and last week of term

• Term 2: Last week of term

• Term 3: Last week of term

• Term 4: Last two weeks of term

We welcome all quality, second-hand items that are in good condition to be re-homed.

Please ensure all items for donation are:

• BPPS uniform items

• Washed

• In good condition (i.e. no missing buttons, holes, stains, significant fading, broken zippers, rips, etc).

• Label free (where possible)

We are unable to accept items that are not school uniform items, socks or shoes.

All items are available for a gold coin donation each. All funds raised through the second-hand uniform are donations to the P&C and are reinvested into the school community.
