What a term it’s been! We started strong with a heartwarming Father’s Day Breakfast, hosted by Year 1, giving mums a well-deserved morning off while dads enjoyed B&E rolls courtesy of Primo Food Truck. The Dad’s Gift Shop made a welcome return, bringing smiles all round as the kids got to ‘shop’ for something special, and the 13th Annual Ladies Spring High Tea was held at the newly renovated Hunters Hill Hotel was a standout event, with DJ Sheba setting the scene for a lively afternoon of connection and celebration.

It was also fantastic to see the SOAR Concert return for 2025, three incredible performances for friends and family of our school community. An amazing effort by all the teachers and support staff who made it happen; we truly appreciate the time, creativity and care that went into such a joyful showcase. Look forward to 2027!

To round things out, the Dads & Kids Camping Weekend at Del Rio was another memorable adventure - fireside chats, fun activities, and plenty of laughs.

A big thank you to the P&C - not only for helping make these events possible, but for also being available to our community and putting on 2 meet and greet session at our local, Boronia Kitchen and Village Days, creating space for open conversations and new ideas.

It’s been a wonderful term full of community spirit - here’s to keeping that momentum going into Term 4!

Term 2 > April 30 - July 4.

Term Two was packed with memorable moments, school spirit, and great opportunities to come together and connect.

We kicked off with a fantastic day on the school grounds for Election Day, featuring our first-ever White Elephant Stall alongside the classic BBQ. Families and locals came out in force, grabbing second-hand treasures, enjoying a democracy sausage, and soaking up the friendly atmosphere.

Next came our heartwarming Mother’s Day breakfast, with our superstar dads working the BBQ and serving breakfast while kids carefully chose gifts from the stall to surprise the special women in their lives.

Mid-term, the SRC’s Pirate Day was proudly supported by the P&C, with a Custom Pirate Patch Studio & Pop Up Tattoo Parlour. This fun fundraiser donated all profits to The Kids’ Cancer Project, adding a touch of silliness to the school day - all for a great cause.

Our Minecraft Movie Night gave kids a fun evening out with friends (and parents a much-needed night off!). With popcorn in hand and Minecraft on the big screen, it was a hit with students of all ages. Special shout out to our guest Chicken!

The years major fundraiser - our Annual Parents Night at Lozzi’s was 90s Party themed, and everyone nailed the brief. Bringing the 90’s back to life with throwback hits, amazing outfits and generous support for school programs. A brilliant night all round!

We wrapped up the term with our first-ever Sporties Raffle Night, where many BPPS families went home lucky winners — meat trays in hand and smiles to match.

A heartfelt thank you to the amazing volunteers who gave up their early mornings and late nights to bring these events to life. Your time and energy truly make it all happen. We can’t wait to see what Term Three brings!

Term 1 > February 6 - April 11.

What a fantastic start to the year! From exciting events to unforgettable moments, Term One has been full of fun, laughter, and plenty of school spirit.

We kicked things off with a lovely Welcome Picnic, where families caught up, shared stories, and enjoyed the sunshine. New families were warmly welcomed with a comforting Tea and Tissues morning (yes, there were a few happy tears as we waved off the little ones!).

Our kids showed incredible determination at the Cross Country Carnival, and some even stepped up to exciting challenges in the Gateway Program. We’re so proud of our team for finishing second in the Paul Kelly AFL Cup—what an achievement! There was also fantastic school spirit across all the Summer PSSA sports.

We had great conversations at Parent-Teacher Interviews, and a big shout-out to the Year 6 crew for their delicious Bake Sale. The younger kids stole the show at the Buddy Hat Parade—so many creative designs and big smiles!

We wrapped up the term with loads of laughs and colour on Crazy Hair Day, and everyone enjoyed the ‘Pop Up Hair Salon’ for added flair and fun, all while raising money for Stewart House.

It’s been such a joy to be part of these events and see our school community thriving. Thanks to everyone who helped make Term One so special - We can’t wait to share what’s coming next!
