Election Day BBQ and stall
As part of our upcoming Election Day fundraiser, we’re excited to be running our popular BBQ/Bake Stall and, for the first time, a Second-Hand Stall. We’d love your support to help make it a fun and successful day for our community.
This event is a great example of our P&C and school community working together - just the kind of involvement many of us signed up for when we joined the P&C. Whether it’s contributing a tray of treats, sorting through a few books, or helping out on the day, every bit counts.
Here’s how you can help:
Bake Stall
Sweet or savoury, homemade or store-bought, every contribution helps. Cakes, muffins, slices, and biscuits are all welcome. Please label food with any ingredients for allergy awareness and containers, if you wish to have them returned.
White Elephant Stall
We have limited space, so we’re focusing on good condition books and a number of select quality pre-loved items (toys, homewares, puzzles etc - no clothing or large/bulky items, please).
Volunteer
We’re asking for short 1 hour shifts to help set up, run the BBQ and stalls, or pack down. It’s easy to fit in around your day and a great way to connect with others. For food donations or volunteering, please sign up at https://signup.com/go/ERpYwwh so we can stay organised.

OOSH Information Night
Information session hosted by the P&C and OOSH committees to discuss the transition requirements in accordance with DOE policy. To be held in the school hall.

Tea and Tissues
We invite all Kindy parents to join us at the canteen for morning tea on the first day of school.
